We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications from children who wish to be the booth vendor of the kids pop-up market for our 2024 DODOCACA festival. Our booth is open for children aged 12 and under only. The application for our kids market booth is free but we do have limited positions. If your application is accepted, an account coordinator will contact you within 1-3 business day to discuss next steps.
If you do not receive a response regard the status of your application, you are welcome to apply again at the next event in DODOCACA festival.
Please note that for the application we request you to submit the parent/care’s information.
If you’re selected by us to be part of our kids pop-up market, children (aged 12 and under) must be accompanied by a paying parent/carer with their own ticket. Parent/carer can help their children answer questions and count money but are NOT allowed to do the selling. This is for you child to learn. Children may not sell commercial goods on behalf of their parents.
Kids Pop-Up Market Details:
Children aged 0-12 can apply.
Date: Jun 1 to Jun 9, 2024 (You can apply for 9 days at a time, or you can only apply for any day.)
Location: Santa Clara County Fairgrounds
Booth Theme: We encourage children to sell homemade arts and crafts, or to trade toys. No food & drinks are allowed to trade.
Registration Fee: Free, Only attendees with same-day tickets are eligible to.
We will provide a lovely little tent (55" L x 55" W x 57" H), and it is free.
Please prepare the props and merchandise for your child's booth.
Step:
1. Buy tickets.
2. Submit the application online.
3. Receive the confirmation E-mail of the application.
4. Print confirmation E-mail to DODOCACA Festival.
